Pradeep has worked in Fortune 100 MNCs, reputed Indian corporates like TATAs, Kirloskar and the TVS Group, and family-run businesses selling ERP software, Power Electronics, Realty, Watches, Jewellery, Medical Devices, Life & Health Insurance, Dairy Products, Ice-creams, HR Consulting Sales, Training Programs, and administer Psychometric Tools. Led cross-functional and small to large sales teams, reported to CEOs, MDs, and VPs directly and delivered consistently on Revenue Targets with positive EBITDA in very difficult, demanding, competitive & challenging markets. An Alumnus of MSSW, Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, University of Madras, Pradeep took every hiring & training opportunity / CSR that came his way, in addition to his primary responsibility of leading the business. Some of his interests are: Networking, Building Relationships, CSR, Counselling and Coaching. Besides work, Pradeep’s interests have been playing racquet sports, spend quality time with his 2 children.
