Roles and Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including potential clients and partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to reach out to prospects via various channels, such as email, phone, or social media.
- Actively participate in bidding and project acquisition on platforms like Upwork.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations to effectively communicate our services and value proposition to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report regularly on sales progress.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies, including open-source frameworks such as React.js, Nest.js, Python Django, PHP Laravel, etc.
- Experience with online platforms such as Upwork is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
