About the Position :

This position covers driving customer happiness, online sales and inside sales. We are looking for a dynamic personality with creative thinking abilities and a drive to interact with people and close deals/sales.Great opportunity if you are friendly, helpful, enthusiastic about interacting with people, have a flair for communication and endeavor to deliver the best possible experience to customers.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Engage with inbound leads via WhatsApp/Email & share relevant information with customers (regarding products, customization options etc), book orders/sales

2. Drive Customer Engagement - Customer outreach for product reviews, customer photos, adoption of referral program etc

3. Devise and execute Strategic initiatives for delivering customer happiness again and again

4. Engage in real non-scripted conversations with customers - truly understand their needs and help them accordingly

5. Identify and execute creative ways of building an interested customer

6. Interact with customers via live chat interface on the website

7. Respond to customer queries on Social Media (instagram, facebook and twitter)

8. Respond to all calls and queries on Zwende Customer Care Phone across customers, marketing and vendors

9. Assist customers with their shopping experience & book orders

10. Create and maintain a content repository to keep all relevant information and images organized in one place for easy access

Requirements:

- Experience: 0-2 Years

- Excellent English Proficiency (Spoken/Written)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and execution rigor is a must

- Comfort in using Google Suite, MS Office and various Web Applications

- Should be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty. Should be comfortable multitasking.

- You should be a hustler who can manage and get things done when needed.

- You should be willing to roll up your sleeves and get the work done yourself on an ongoing basis.

- Undergrad in English, psychology, mass/media communications not a must, but is an advantage

- This is a full time role, please don- t apply if you are available part time
