About the Position :

This role is responsible for owning the day-to-day operations for Zwende's social media channels, primarily instagram, facebook and LinkedIn. This role requires the candidate to work with the business and creative teams. We are looking for inherently driven, organized, goal oriented individuals who enjoy interacting and working with people and are comfortable with easy-to-use web and phone design applications.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Plan and execute social media posts, stories, reels in collaboration with content contributors and other teams.

2. Manage and grow our community. Respond to and engage with our customers, followers, art enthusiasts, artists, help organise or participate in social media events that help branding and awareness

3. Identify and manage distribution of content and collaboration opportunities through influencers or other third parties

4. Work with design and marketing to ensure that all our external communication as per brand guidelines and reaches maximum number of viewers.

5. Collaborate with customer happiness team to coordinate actions

Requirements :

- Experience : 0-2 Years

- Experience using Instagram and facebook

- Strong Grasp on English Language (Spoken/Written)

- Candidate should be able to think on their feet

- Should be comfortable in dealing with moderate ambiguity. Should be comfortable multitasking.

- Should be a hustler who can manage and get things done when needed. Should be willing to roll up their sleeves and get the work done themselves on an ongoing basis

- Understands and is able to learn basic web applications and tools

- Attention to detail and ability to work with checklists and task management tools

- Should be an excellent Team player, and should get along well with colleagues

- Experience in quality writing is a plus

- E-commerce experience is a plus

- Design experience is a plus
