Zupee - Associate - Digital Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Here's what you will do -
- Develop execute innovative growth strategies to drive user acquisition
- Manage relationships with ad networks and publishers to negotiate rates and oversee campaign delivery and results
- Lead and manage full-funnel experiments from ideation to implementation and analysis, identifying opportunities for business scaling.
- Identify and test new growth platforms, channels, and partnerships to expand our reach and impact.
- Collaborate with Data Analytics and Product teams to ensure alignment and leverage cross-functional opportunities for growth. establish and maintain dashboards and reporting systems using tools like Tableau to track and report on growth
- Apply A/B testing other experimental methods to refine marketing strategies and drive decision-making.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in growth
What are we looking for -
- Proven track record in driving user acquisition, growth, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Tableau).
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desired Skills :
- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Publishers, media planning, Programmatic or Search (Facebook, Google Ads etc.)
- Can-do attitude - keen to learn new skills, pro-active, and takes ownership over tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
