Zunax - Executive - Customer Relationship Management (0-4 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer relationship Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing corporate customer, providing excellent service, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves activities from taking order from customers, informing them delivery schedule (Via PPC), keep them updating about their order status, coordination at the time of billing and dispatch with internal team, addressing customer issues promptly, resolving complaints, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution of issues. Handle customer inquiry and keep him updating from order taking till delivery.
- Follow-Up: Follow up for payments, orders, PO and update them about their issues and their solutions on time.
- Invoicing and dispatch: CRE has to coordinate with accounts and logistic for timely dispatch of material,
- Problem-Solving: Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Customer Retention: Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking an extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues, ensuring all information is updated in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Follow up for payments, orders, PO and update them about their issues and their solutions on time.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with product or service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Escalation Handling: Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management or technical teams when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in CRM or related filed.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in MS Office.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
