Zuna Solutions - Business Development Associate (1-3 yrs)
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with clients and vendors.
- Client development within assigned industry verticals or target client lists
- Prospect, Identify, and Qualify potential clients via outbound calling
- Utilize existing clients to close more sale
- Utilize a CRM to build & maintain relationships with prospects
- Use Social Media to develop relationships with prospects
- Meet monthly/Quarterly quota's for closed sale
- Creating weekly/monthly reports for senior management.
Knowledge:
- Requires basic knowledge of IT industry and should have relevant experience in Software Selling
- Requires basic knowledge of different industry domains.
- Demonstrates understanding of core business functions.
- Demonstrates ability to apply structure to a loosely defined problem.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Highly organized and ability to multi-task.
- Comfortable with outbound calling to prospects and proactively engaging new prospects via networking and researching
- Firm understanding of qualifying buyer interest, identifying target contacts, and maintaining control of a conversation.
- Comfortable communicating with decision-makers in the private and public sectors.
- History of quota attainment.
- Highly articulate with superior spoken English language skills
- Time management skills with the proven ability to multi-task and work independently
- Drive to succeed - individually and as a team
- Proficient in: Email, internet, Word, Excel, Outlook is a must
Education/Experience:
- 1-2 years- Experience in Software Selling in Domestic/International Market
- B-Tech IT/Computer Science from reputed institute or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years Software Sales experience.
Additional licensing, certifications, registrations:
- Professional certification in area of expertise like Sales & Marketing is a plus
