Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Zrika Technologies, a Startup fintech company dedicated to transforming the financial landscape through innovative technology solutions. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that align with the company's business goals and brand identity.

- Oversee the creation of digital content across platforms (website, social media, email, etc.), ensuring brand consistency.

- Drive growth in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies.

- Plan and manage marketing budgets, and report on the performance and ROI of digital campaigns.

- Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, PPC, and social media strategies to boost the company's online presence and lead generation.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and position the brand effectively.

- Analyse performance metrics and use data analytics to inform and refine digital strategies.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales and product teams to create campaigns that drive product awareness and conversion.

- Enhance brand awareness and positioning within the fintech industry through effective digital marketing practices and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA or related certification in digital marketing is a plus.

- 5 plus years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.

- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, and CRM software.

- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in content creation.
