Job Overview:

As an Executive / Senior Executive - Banking Alliance B2B Sales will focus on identifying new opportunities, negotiating collaborations, and ensuring the seamless execution of partnership agreements to enhance the company's market presence and revenue streams.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Identify and prospect new banking and financial institution partnerships.

- Develop and execute strategies to onboard banking partners and maintain long-term relationships and to promote fintech product & services.

- Achieve sales targets by increasing product adoption and transaction volumes through banking and alliance partners.

- Maintaining good relationships with Banks to increase the overall profit for the company.

- Regularly review and optimize sales performance metrics.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscapes in the fintech and banking sectors.

- Conduct market research to identify gaps and opportunities for new alliances.

- Provide feedback to product teams to improve offerings based on partner and market insights.

- Act as the primary point of contact for banking partners and alliance stakeholders.

- Ensure timely resolution of partner queries and concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.

- Preparing Monthly / Quarterly reports

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- 1-5 years of B2B sales experience in fintech, banking, or financial services industries.

- Strong understanding of fintech products and their integration with banking systems.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
