Zouk - Senior Growth Marketing Executive (3-7 yrs)
We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Executive to oversee and drive the success of our product category.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following areas:
1. Revenue Management: Manage revenue targets, collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize strategies and achieve results. Flexibility in cross-team management is essential.
2. Inventory Forecasting: Forecast inventory needs to meet revenue goals, coordinating effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely allocation for the category.
3. Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute effective Go-to-Market strategies in collaboration with brand and marketing teams to successfully launch new products.
4. Data Analysis: Analyze data meticulously to track growth patterns, derive insights, and make informed decisions.
5. Pricing and Offers: Make pricing and promotional offer decisions for the category, balancing profitability with market competitiveness.
6. Market Expansion: Identify and explore new product opportunities and regions to expand the category's footprint and growth.
7. Innovative Thinking: Apply first principle thinking to innovate, build, and scale the category effectively.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in category management, preferably in DTC, retail or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Paid Media Ads/Programmatic ads experience is a plus.
