Job description (for each role)

This role is individual contributor role wherein the candidate will be given a particular territory/area wherein he/she would have to visit merchants across different categories ( big/small ), meet customers, present the benefits of the products, close sales and the face of the company in the retail market.

- Through Tele-calling leads/ cold calling connect with customers to offer and pitch cloud based retail solution to drive value to their business.

- Pitch the right to offer or persuade them to purchase the services.

- Explains advantages and features of the platform being sold to drive customer interest.

- Answers customer's questions pertaining to service being offered.

- Closure of sales with these merchants and meeting the target for the month.

- Be the point of contact for the customers and work with the CRM team resolve any issues they might face.

Location: Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore & Hyderabad

Required Qualification Any Graduate/Post Graduate (BBA/BCA/B.Com/B.Sc/MBA/PGDM)

Employment Terms

1. MBA Graduates

- Will be hired as Management Trainee for first 3 months.

- On successful completion of training & basis their performance at Management Trainee role, their services will be confirmed & moved to Sales Associate Role.

2. For students pursuing MBA

- Will be hired as Management Trainee.

- On successful completion of MBA & basis performance during this tenure, students will be moved to permanent role as Sales Associate.
