Zoopero - Executive - Customer Support (0-3 yrs)
1. Manage the chat, phone, and email to ensure the conversion of potential leads into customers.
2. Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email.
3. Ensure timely delivery of service to customers.
4. Clear every query of customers.
5. Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing and payment collection.
6. Develop a lasting relationship with the clients.
7. Follow up on the qualified prospects.
8. Work proactively to provide client marketing needs with the greatest amount of added value by communication.
9. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
10. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
11. Retaining Existing Customers.
12. Ensuring that the needs of the clients are met so that they are satisfied and leads to increase in the profit of the organization.
13. Should be comfortable with rotational shifts and must be very punctual.
14. Taking Feedbacks and reviews after the service is done.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- MS Word, MS Excel and Excellent English language proficiency.
