Zoopero - Executive - Client Servicing (0-4 yrs)
1. Deploy business strategy initiatives for market visibility, penetration and revenue generation.
2. Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing and payment collection customer support via chat, phone, and email to ensure the conversion of potential leads into customers.
3. Maximize sales and profitability while dealing with clients.
4. Develop a lasting relationship with the clients.
5. Follow up on the qualified prospects.
6. Analyze the market trends and provide timely feedback.
7. Update and maintain the daily sales reports.
8. Ensure timely delivery of service to customers.
9. Contribute creative solutions to manage the sales of a growing company.
10. Ensure the conversion of potential leads into customers.
11. Update operations and sales related data in Excel or Google Docs.
12. Should be comfortable with rotational shifts and must be very punctual.
13. Work proactively to provide client marketing needs with the greatest amount of added value by communication.
14. Receive client requirements and briefing.
15. Cooperate with customer and agency inquiries.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: MS Word, MS Excel and Excellent English language proficiency.
CTC Offered : 3.2 - 3.8 LPA
