Roles and responsibilities :
- Update all sales-related metrics
- Meet the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting
- Set the targets that are realistic and achievable
- Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets
- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization
- Submit a sales report of what all has been done throughout the month.
- Deploy business strategy initiatives for market visibility, penetration and revenue generation
- Analyse the market trends and provide timely feedback
- Contribute creative solutions to manage the sales of a growing company
- Update operations and sales related data in Excel or Google Docs
- Cooperate with customer and agency inquiries
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be comfortable with rotational shifts and must be very punctual.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
