ZoomYourTraffic Web Solutions - Telecaller/Lead Generation Role (0-1 yrs)
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling, interacting with the new prospect customers on phone to introduce our company, services, understand their requirements, take appointments, generate leads, etc.
- Build good relationships with potential and existing clients
- Database management & Reporting
- Research & Analysis of database added advantage.
Skills :
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi/Marathi or both local languages
- Good Presentation skills
- Qualifications: Graduate in [BBA, BBM, B.com, B.Sc (Technical field preferred)]
- Prior experience in calling for lead generation/customer engagement will be beneficial
Personal Traits & Skills :
- Self-starter who would be comfortable working in fast paced start-up environment
- Open to working on tasks outside of defined job responsibilities as and when required
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good computer skills MS Office and email platform handling.
Hiring Process :
- Personal Interview
- 10 days training period
- Final selection based on 10 days training period.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary : 6,000.00 to - 10,000.00/month

- Candidate must have basic graduation degree [B.com, BBA, BBM, BSc.]
- Should be from Pune, [Preferred location: City, Kothrud, Karve Nagar, Warje, Deccan, Prabhat Road, Dhayari]
- Communication in English, Marathi/Hindi or both local language- [written & verbal both].
