ZoomRx - Associate - Business Development (0-3 yrs)

Our Business Development team is dedicated to achieving ZoomRx's growth goals by developing and operationalizing sales strategies and frameworks. We are expanding rapidly and seek a passionate, persistent Business Development Associate (BDA) to be part of the support team of this exciting expansion.
The BDA will empower the sales team to achieve their targets through the implementation of BD efficiency tools and processes. Successful candidates will be self-driven, with a knack for unstructured problem solving, and the ability to work under minimum guidance. BDAs will be early hires on a high-impact team that reports directly to the VP of Consulting.
What does a Business Development Associate do ?
- Develop and operationalize sales strategies to support the senior leadership's vision for the company
- Build B2B sales and growth frameworks to execute sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver analytically-robust, data-driven strategic solutions to complex unstructured business problems
- Empower the BD team to sell better through the implementation of tools, processes, and training - design, build and improve BD empowerment tools and processes to enhance overall team efficiency
- Monitor sales health using KPIs and proactively mount interventions to steer the process back to the desired course
- Identify personnel requirement for sales and support teams to ensure that the team is operating at its optimal strength
- Work in small teams and liaise with external teams, whenever necessary
- Work closely with the senior leadership and deliver logically sound solutions for their business problems
What are we looking for ?
- Bachelor's degree in either life-sciences OR quantitative discipline (engineering, economics, business) and strong academic credentials
- 0 - 1 year of experience in similar sales or business development role
- Ability to think creatively and solve challenging unstructured problems
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proficiency with MS Office and G-Suite is imperative; experience with CRM and SQL platforms (preferred)
