Zoomcar - Assistant Manager - Marketing (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for an Engineering/ Marketing Grad with a minimum 2-3 years of work experience with an ecommerce startup or in a growth marketing domain.

Responsibilities:
1. One who has experience in all regional marketing efforts including BTL activities & brand partnerships and alliances.
2. To quickly identify, prioritize and execute on opportunities that drive revenue growth at the city and regional level.
3. To plan and execute regional marketing campaigns for all the respective cities.
4. Responsible for managing marketing communications that goes to the customer base every week in the region along with the central marketing team.
5. Needs to work closely with the central marketing team and would be responsible for executing all online/offline regional campaigns.
6. To drive user adoption through various channels & strategies and good understanding of the marketing funnel.
7. To keep on Identifying travel use cases, weekend destinations, trends, insights, and competition mapping & analysis.
8. Responsible for understanding customer's pain points, creating product awareness, bringing funnel drop-off users and winning back churned users.
9. Responsible for managing data analytics at the city and regional level.
10. He/She would be responsible for building strong alliances & partnerships with key players that would be help in driving more users and revenue.
Skills requirement :
- Working knowledge of SQL & Tableau is preferred
- Good understanding of Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Excellent written & oral communication and presentation skills
- Experience on managing brand partnerships in a B2C company & have a good network.
