Zonka - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
About the Role :
- Zonka Feedback is looking for a dedicated, self-driven and motivated business development executive to handle business development and sales for Zonka Feedback. The candidate will be handling both inbound and outbound sales, given online demonstrations to prospective clients, preparing price quotations, presentations and proposals and closing the deals. The candidate will also be responsible for all BD activities including generating leads, preparing reports and managing existing clients and accounts.
- We're looking for someone who has great communication skills, has a super proven sales track record, is enthusiastic and has good market knowledge.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Contact inbound leads
- Schedule online demo, visits and give demos to potential customers
- Take requirements, prepare presentations & proposals
- Negotiation & closing of deals
- Manage website chat for leads
- Tracking subscription expires and renewals
- Regular follow-ups with dead / silent / old leads and incoming new leads
- Regular follow ups for payments, closures
- Build relationships with customers and seek references
- Work on outbound lead generation
Basic Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent Post Graduation
- Experience in similar field (preferably in online, SaaS-based companies)
- Experience in demonstrations and meetings with clients
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Active participant, energetic and self motivated
