Zonal Service Manager (11-14 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee service operations within the designated zone.
- Develop and implement service strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure efficient service delivery, customer satisfaction, and resolution of escalated issues.
- Monitor service metrics and KPIs to track performance and productivity.
- Lead and mentor a team of service engineers and technicians.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize service processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation for the zone.
Skills Required :
- 11+ years of experience in service management, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing service operations and teams.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategic improvements.
- Knowledge of service management software and tools.
- Customer-centric mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the relevant industry sector (e.g., manufacturing, technology, automotive).
- Certification in Service Management (e.g., ITIL) is a plus.
