Working Location Jabalpur
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to handle Jabalpur Zone Sales Team and Market.
- Plan training and development program for sales team.
- Identify Market competition and plan for it.
- Responsible to handle Terminal and Promotional Team.
- Prepare policies for an incentive, Sales method, Process, etc.
- Responsible to generate revenue for the company with the help of team.
- Conduct time to time meeting to increase sales volume.
- Give presentation before Management regarding sales progress.
- Coordination with Channel Partners, Retails and Distributor.
- Motivate and inspire team members.
- Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training of the product.
- Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance
Competencies & Capabilities
Education: MBA
Experience: 8 Years of overall experience in Telecom Industry
Knowledge / Skills:
Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Building Relationships, Negotiation, Results Driven, Sales Planning, Managing Profitability
