Zonal Sales Manager - Sports Goods Business (7-14 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling the company's flagship business worth about 120 cr/year
- Setting of targets on a yearly, quarterly and monthly basis
- Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives
- Build and lead the team of sales, after-sales in the zone
- Maintain relationship with existing customers
- Work with cross functional team to ensure customer success
- Work with channel partners for business development
- Good analytical skills, capability to understand industry trends
What You Should Have:
- Prior experience of 7 - 10 years in B2B sales
- Experience in channel sales and dealer management is must
- Preference to candidates who have experience in Sports Industry
- Bachelor's degree in any function or MBA.
- Should have ideally handled 2-3 different geographic regions
