Zonal Sales Manager - Real Estate (2-3 yrs)
Job Summary :
As a Zonal Sales Manager at, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance, working in a dynamic sales team, and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for developing strategies to attract new clients, negotiating property deals, and managing end-to-end sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, leadership skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets, increase market share, and drive business growth.
- Client Acquisition & Retention : Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property brokers.
- Sales Process Management : Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay informed of market trends, property values, and competitor activity.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure : Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales and agreements, striving to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the company.
- Reporting & Forecasting : Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, analysing team performance and sales metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align business objectives and deliver a seamless client experience.
- Compliance : Ensure all transactions comply with local property laws and regulations, adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Key Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. MBA will be an added advantage.
- Experience : 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Communication & Negotiation : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM systems, property listing platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Analytical Thinking : Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and data insights.
- Networking : Established network of property brokers, developers, and real estate professionals is a plus.
- Languages : Proficiency in English and local languages (preferred).
