Zonal Sales Manager - Medical Devices (10-15 yrs)
Zonal Sales Manager required for a leading Medical Devices company. There are 2 positions based from Delhi and Mumbai.
ONLY people with prior medical devices experience only apply.
JD :
This position would be responsible for the entire Medical Business of the respective zone. Would be responsible for introducing this modality in the market, identifying dealer partners, acquiring new territories, building relationships with direct customers, developing KOL's for the modality, generating revenues as per targets defined for the respective territories. Further, coach and mentor existing teams, and with a substantial increase in business, would also need to play a pivotal role in building the team specific to this modality.
Requirements :
- Proven work experience of atleast 8 - 10 of which 4-5 years should be as Regional Head / Zonal Manager for similar range of products, in the medical device Industry would be a must.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Bio Medical Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation would be preferred.
- Should possess excellent interpersonal skills, people managements skills.
- Excellent sales strategist, having the ability to mine data and infer the future trends and thereby devise our approach towards the future of the business
- Should be high on result orientation, action, and process orientation
- Should possess good customer domain knowledge - understanding of hospitals, doctor and purchase decision making process in these institutions.
- Possess high learning agility
- Good commercial understanding of the dealer business, ROI etc.
