Zonal Sales Manager (Building Materials) - Institutional Business (Govt & Private)
- Responsible for sales & revenue generation from Government & Private Sector Organisations in Orissa, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal & Entire North East.
- Prepare Sales plan / strategy for growth & target achievement w.r.t Revenue, Product & segment for the region. Develop plan for each product. Market expansion. Including BTL/ATL plans. Responsible for promotional activities.
- Recommend pricing strategy based on competitors pricing in the region. Conduct market surveys & Competition analysis for making suitable response strategies.
- Responsible for recruiting sales team, setting objectives, coaching & monitoring their performance. Ensure training of sales team on SAP/CRM & administration issues to ensure maintenance of accurate customer master, tracking Leads, managing complaints & maintain collection reports. Develop SLAs for key deliverables by sales team & monitor the same. Ensure fund flow from collections.
- Develop a credit management policy in line with company policy.
- Responsible for development of Franchise.
- Responsible for maintaining & ensuring good relations with customers & channel partners through client/partner engagement activities.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts & provide timely & effective solutions aligned with clients- needs.
