General Summary :
- Manage sales of the company's services (Occupational health)
- Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning
- Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales, earnings and overall branding of the organization
- Prepare action oriented reports and present the same to the Functional/ Business Head
New Business Development :
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your existing network
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client / prospect organization
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Meeting client decision makers and generating business leads
- Participate in pricing the solution/service
Business Development Planning :
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels / partners that will lead to an increase in sales
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Submit progress reports and ensure data is accurate
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets
- Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities
- Follow certain professional groups and identify how HealthSpring can benefit
Experience & Education :
- Must be a proven performer in service related business development with 7-8+ years of consistent delivery.
- A professional degree in Sales and Marketing is a must (e.g. MBA in Marketing)
- A successful experience in the similar service offering will be considered as an advantage
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
