Zonal Sales Manager - FMCG (7-12 yrs)
Role & Responsibility :
Annual Operating Plan :
- Ensure the achievement of Annual Operating Plan in terms of revenue.
Strategizing :
- Building strategy market by market to generate higher revenue and locate the gap and opportunity area and getting the plan executed by the team.
Manpower Management : Job involves managing, hiring and motivating the entire sales and marketing team
Channel Management : Managing, monitoring and analyzing the performance of distributors, dealers and retailers.
Planning And Execution :
- Plan with the team in terms of channel expansion and new town expansion
Market Visibility :
- Monitoring merchandising standard & product visibility in the market with both outdoor and in shop elements.
Training And Mentoring :
- Identifying the training needs of the team members and accordingly recommending corrective action for the team members. Mentoring and coaching.
Sales Promotion :
- Planning BTL activities like Van/Canopy/Cart activity and tracking the output.
- Collate the market information's on competition and accordingly formulate the market strategies by offering various schemes, customized consumer promo offer to kill competition.
