Zonal Sales Manager - FMCG (14-25 yrs)
Currently we are hiring as Zonal Sales Manager.
Job Location: Mumbai/Pune/Maharashtra
Job Description:
1. Candidates has to be stable and hands of exp in Beverages, Foods / FMCG Industry.
2. Candidates has to very good General Trade, Retail Sales networks in respective regions.
3. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, Distribution, revenue, and expense controls for Month/Quarter/Year.
4. Finding business opportunity in region & accordingly appoint Distirbutors/SS & Building the team.
5. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
6. Tracking sales of sales team/distributors/category/key account etc.
7. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
8. To coordinate with Supply Chain and Stock Control activities
9. Developing your sales team through training, motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
10. Managing BTL activity in region & promoting the organization and products.
11. Analyzing market trends and competitors' activities/Scheme in the region.
12. Achievement of given target in sales & Distribution.
13. Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
14. Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance.
