Zonal Sales Manager - Cosmetics Business (10-20 yrs)
1. To increase business month after month.
2. To develop and implement marketing and field strategy in co-ordination with the Product Management / Sales Management team for the territory through meetings or otherwise.
3. To identify potential markets.
4. To actively get involved in the sales development activities in non- performing / new territories.
5. To conduct Seminars, Doctor meets etc.
6. To Liaison with local authorities, trade associations in the interest of the company.
7. To identify and provide feedback on company's and competitors products to the product management team and superiors.
8. To conduct / organize Market Research as and when required.
9. To conduct on the job training to new inducts / other field employees - existing and new.
10. To manage vacant territory whenever instructed to do so.
