Zonal Sales Manager - Automotive/Electric Vehicle (17-23 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned zone.
- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Market Analysis : Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to enhance business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Execution : Oversee and drive sales activities, including product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Experience : 17 - 23 years of experience in sales management, with a strong track record in the automotive or electric vehicle (2W) industry.
- Leadership : Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the automotive or electric vehicle (2W) markets, including trends, challenges, and customer preferences.
- Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with overall business objectives.
- Communication : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Age : Maximum age of 45 years, aligning with the seniority and experience level required for the role.
Education :
- Degree : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
