Position: Zonal Sales Head - User Cars - South
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying & Managing Dealers - Customer Acquisition, Servicing & Upgradation.
- Sales & Growth Target - Revenue responsibility for monthly, quarterly & Annual Sales. Growth of 100% in next 1-2 years
- Geography/ Span: 4 states of South India - Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, & Tamil Nadu.
- Team Management: Manage a team of 60 employees - City head, AM's & FOS. Leadership role. Responsible for recruitments, training & driving the sales force.
- Profitability - Manage productivity & growth of business.
- Build & Institutionalize sales processes.
Key Success Factors
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- MBA + 5 years of Sales experience or Graduate with 6 - 10 Years of Sales experience
- Prior sales experience with Auto or related business background
- Strong communications skills
- People Development and ability to effectively lead and manage a team
- Analytical skills
- Result orientation with execution excellence
Organisation Structure:
