Zonal Manager/Senior Sales Manager - Spice (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
Our client is a leading Spices company from Hyderabad. Looking for a Zonal Manager to take care of expansion plan for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Responsible for :
- Achieving primary,secondary targets,Outlet expansion,Market Coverage for the Products
- Handling team of CRs,SOs, ASMs and Distributors for sales growth,coverage & business expansion.
- Depot and Distributor management for smooth functioning of Business growth.
- Sales planning,Forcasting & Indenting (pack wise & Brand wise)for the region.
- Handling Overall Budget and spends for the region and also trade related initiatives and activities and keeps a check on cost and spends.
- Monthly review of Sales targets & business expansion plans with Sales team and Monitoring the development.
- Keep a track on the smooth execution and implementation of regional trade marketing initiatives and schemes for smooth business operation and target delivery.
- Maintaining financial hygiene and damage control for the region.
- On the job training and guidance to Sales officers on regular basis for adherence of sales processes .
- Tracking of distributor claim management & health check up for smooth functioning.
- Execution & Monitoring timely utilization of Market Visibility Components and Collaterals for sales and business growth.
Salary : INR 8,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.
