job Description :
1. Candidate will look after training and development of sales and business development Team
2. New product launching
3. Creation of Product & brand awareness
4. Technical presentation to Architect, Builders, big contractors, government agencies and other stakeholders.
5. Work as a bridge between HO & Sales team for all product knowledge related assignment
6. Preparation of Training Material, Modules, Calendar and programs as per instructions of seniors
Desired Candidate's Profile :
Should have exposure to retail marketing, experience of industries (Experience in renowned companies such as adhesives, construction chemicals or paints products will be preferred), knowledge of Marble, Plumbing, Glass and Repair application would be added advantages.
