Zonal Manager - Sales - Paint (15-25 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :
Major responsibilities of this profile would be :
1. The incumbent would independently be managing a region covering 4 to 5 States and would report to the Head Sales.
2. Two or three area sales executives would be reporting to the profile.
3. Has to lead & control around twenty executives who will be reporting to him through the Area Executives.
4. The incumbent is expected to lead the sales team to achieve sales and collection targets, appointment of new dealers and industrial accounts.
5. Undertake sales promotion work through architect visits, painter workshops etc.
6. Maintaining and growing the existing network of dealers and industries in his area of operation.
7. This profile will be directly responsible for managing the Zonal Office and the Sales godown attached to it and the C & F Agencies in the region.
8. Has to maintain control of inventory, outstanding and implement credit controls and other administrative matters like GST etc.
9. Has to have the ability to analyze customers needs and provide suitable solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Candidate should be having at least 15 years sales experience with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position and having independently handled a depot / office.
2. Enthusiastic and Energetic professional with an aptitude for selling and administration.
3. Good communication and analytical skills essential
4. Age should be below 48 years.
5. Candidates with prior experience in Paint, Adhesive, Sanitaryware and Construction Industry would be preferred.
6. Knowledge of English and the local language is mandatory.
Educational Requirements :
The candidate should be a Graduate preferably in BSc (Chemistry).
Candidate with MBA in Marketing would be preferred.
PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
