Zonal Manager - Sales - Healthcare (10-15 yrs)
Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for achieving total sales including product wise targets for ASM Team.
2) Responsible for ASM sales performance, customer coverage, quality of calls and providing feedback for enhancing productivity of sales and customer satisfaction.
3) Efficient use and deployment of resources so as to minimize field expenses with optimizing value thru monitoring.
4) Liaising with KOL Doctors / Clients.
5) Overseeing effective application of sales promotion strategies, conduct CMEs, maintaining transparent communication between Zonal Manager with a proper co-ordination.
6) Identifying initiatives and opportunities for development of ASM, ASM territory and key customer potential.
7) Responsible to create a brand image of Strand to the customer.
8) Payment follow up and realization alongside ASM team.
