Zonal Manager - Sales - FMCG (12-22 yrs)
Zonal Manager - FMCG Sales ( Two Positions )
This position would oversee the entire gamut of Sales & Distribution of all channels and will be totally responsible for the entire revenue target achievement of the region.
The following competencies are highly desired for this role and only those fitting these parameters would be interacted.
1. A Hardcore FMCGl Sales Professional who has raised from grass root level to a Regional Level responsibility at least covering major geographies in the region both Urban and Rural.
2. Those who have handled annual turnover in excess of 100 crore is only desired.
3. Age should not exceed 45 years desired
4. MBA preferred.
5. Preference for sales professionals from Personal care, Perfumes, Deos or Floorcare Cleaning products.
6. Should have handled large field force.
7. Good knowledge of territories and channels of distribution
8. Good grasp of numbers and capable of achieving fair ratio of product mix.
9. Capable of devising new sales process and implement perfect data collection.
10. Bring in robust sales partners across channels to continuously achieve targets JC wise
11. Capable of visualising a exponential growth of the organisation and sync the sales process to scale new highs.
12. A visionary, task master with an eye for creating a dent in the market for both Brand and product among the competition.
Handling marketing domain also would be assigned over a period to sync the overall performance.
