- Able to develop and push teams through processes and systems Need to interact with CEO/ Owners of Large group schools (Managing National strategic accounts personally)
- Open for extensive traveling to key cities of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
- B2B direct selling experience with mix of supervisory and direct sales roles.
- Interacting and building relationships with School Principals, Management and Teachers to create and service the demand for EI offerings.
- Managing a team and motivating them, should be able to drive soft skill sensitivity in existing team members
- Disciplined in work and focused on outcomes
Apart from the above, you may have to share some responsibilities including administrative ones, as per the needs of the organisation from time to time.
