Zonal Manager - Sales - Accident & Health Vertical - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:
- PJP for regular branch Presence, and Branch to know when to expect the Manager
- Structured/Scheduled engagement with segmented levels - NLA/ Partners / MP & RDM / LMP & BM
- Sessions planned on Product / Claims / Motivation on Initiatives / Sharing updates on initiatives / Launching initiatives ( all in presence of Branch Head/ if possible by the branch Head)
- Tracking of Business branch wise / Manager wise / Meeting Numbers/ Supporting the Laggard Teams.
- Getting into Regional Forums / Branch Forums for sharing updates / Asking for Support & Taking care of issues or requirements raised for support
- Helping create Branch & Outdoor activities and initiatives with managers and distribution
- Following a Weekly Model/ Daily Model and a monthly model Week pertaining to A&H opportunity - Making sure it is being adhered to in branches ( This is required as every day the manager can't be in all the branches, and we cant have branches wait for the manager to come for the PJP and do nothing till then), avg each of these managers will be managing 3 branches
- Weekly Mailed update to Branches / Region / His Hierarchy on Activities ( Quantified ) Tgt Vs Ach / Help items
- Look for Opportunity in doing sessions with active pool of the branch and getting them further active as there is a big probability of the active LA to be made active for KHM & Riders - This will be seen as a Value add by the Branch sales
- Client calls with employees / distribution daily min 3
- To make sure all branches have sufficient danglers and marketing items on Health Maximizer/ riders and protection
- Health maximizer to be included in COP AND BOP activities at every branch.
Requirements :
- Min 2 years' experience in any Life insurance sales preferably banca to get immediate selection.
- Age shouldn't be more than 35 years old
- Stability is a concern so request you to please don't share the profile who has 2 years of experience with more than 2 companies.
- Need Immediate joiner/currently serving notice period/ would be ok to hire if somebody has the career gap of 30 days with valid reason.
- Minimum Graduation required.
