Zonal Manager - Sales (7-12 yrs)
- Responsible for driving sales in his mapped Territory and managing Channel Partners.
- Achieving business targets for the assigned territory and look for business expansion.
- Driving Product mix in the assigned territory.
- Managing RMs and keeping them motivated to achieve their sales targets.
- Responsible for Activation of number of IBCs in his Territory
- Maintaining & sharing regular MIS of business.
- PJP Adherence
- Responsible for driving agreed width & depth of distribution in IBCs through acquisition & product sales
