Core Job Responsibilities :
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's product portfolio and Automotive (Retail)-specific applications, ensuring accurate representation to clients.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Automotive (Retail) product development, engineering processes, and manufacturing workflows.
Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key Automotive (Retail) clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and address their needs.
Budget Management:
- Oversee the sales budget for the territory, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Forecasting:
- Track sales results and implement appropriate corrective measures when indicated.
Markets Industry Insights:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Provide actionable insights to guide business strategies.
Sales Revenue Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential Automotive (Retail) customers.
Customer Strategy:
- Achieve sales targets by implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Contract Negotiations:
- Develop customized business plans for each Automotive (Retail) account, aligned with their specific needs and objectives, to drive long-term growth and partnerships.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Lead negotiations of sales contracts, pricing, and terms with Automotive (Retail) clients.
- Ensure favorable terms that protect the companys interests while aligning with customer expectations.
Customer Retention:
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development, supply chain, and marketing, to deliver solutions and products that meet customer demands.
Reportings Analytics:

Travel:
