Zonal Manager - Logistics Business - South (8-12 yrs)
One of our esteemed clients engaged in the business of Logistics based out of Bangalore is looking for a Zonal Manager - South with 8 to 12 years of experience in the following KRA's:
- Overall management of finance, HR, admin, Sales & Operations of the entire Zone (all southern states)
- Managing & developing FTL/LTL/Cargo/ODC businesses with focus on part load business.
-To visit the branch offices frequently according to exigency of business for effective improvement of the services and business development within the norms of the company.
- To get the market surveyed of all main stations under south zone by creating appropriate presence to achieve the target set by the Management.
- To develop the Channel Partner (SA/SF) as well as vendors (for engaging Lorries on yearly contract basis).
- Responsible for increasing business as well as network for the region.
- To meet zonal sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective options.
- Sending weekly/Monthly Business/Operation report to Management.
- Candidates living in Bangalore or nearby location shall be preferred.
- Candidates who have experience in handling PAN India or South India shall be preferred.
