Zonal Manager - Distribution Sales (7-15 yrs)
Job Responsibilities involves :
- Responsible to generate sales in the assigned territory of the respective business segment vertical/channel and be accountable for the overall performance of the assigned geography.
- Responsible to establish and build sustainable relationships with Company's Licensees and Value-Added Resellers (Secondary Customers)
- Responsible specifically for sales in the mid-market segment and ensure no cannibalization with specification market .
- Ensure that targets of training Value Added Resellers are met.
- Should focus on the sale of both existing and new products.
- To establish a strong sales team to create a presence over the assigned territory
Desired Candidate profile :
- Graduate with minimum 7-15 years' experience in Distribution Sales.
- Experience in the Building Industry [Hardware, Sanitary, Electrical, Plumbing, Paint, Adhesives and Aluminum Composite Panel].
- Geographies to cover : Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
- Local Language & Local Experience is a Must
