Zonal Head/Vice President/Senior Vice President - Corporate Sales - General Insurance (18-25 yrs)
Position / Business Accountabilities:
At the micro level the role involves :
- Working with team to Achieving Branch revenue Budgets.
- Continuous prospecting for maintaining consistent business growth.
- Ensuring client delight through superior services and client engagement activities
- Work with the organization in implementing business process initiatives like Compass, ISO, SAIBA etc
- Developing and maintaining systems and process for smooth functioning of branch.
- Handling sales and operations teams

- Target (Sales) Focused and aggressive with nos.
- Startegic understanding of Corporate Sales and business domain
- Understanding and Mapping of market

Desired Candidate Profile :
- Direct Corporate Sales Experience
- General Insurance Domain Experience is an advantage
- University degree with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.
- Should have excellent leadership skills and team handling experience
- Should be very aggressive and target oriented.
- Should have an excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills.
