Zonal Head - Social Media - Marketing Firm (2-5 yrs)
Opening for a Zonal Head in a vernacular based social media company:
- Devise strategy to grow and manage language creator communities/genres in while leading a team of CAMs and moderators
- Be responsible for overall performance of the Zone - user growth, retention, content quality and campaigns
- Oversee selection and video moderation pipeline to ensure quantity and quality targets are met within defined TAT
- Coordinate with community and business teams for zone-specific operational needs
- Provide guidance to creator account managers & moderation team and participate in reviews, training & other team activities
Experience: 2+ years
Background: Candidates with experience in marketing or operations or content are preferred
