Zonal Head - Sales - Wealth Products (10-20 yrs)
- To ensure that the assigned Regions/ Business Partners in the zones achieve revenue targets.
- To promote cross selling culture and add value to the relationships at the branches.
- To promote wealth products viz. Mutual Funds, Insurance & allied products via Business Partners network.
- To co-ordinate and handle Zonal administration and be hands on relating to local Regions/ Business Partners issues.
- To ensure overall profitability of zones including the branches and franchisees across all products.
- Client profiling support and offering of different products to different profiles at Regions/ Business Partners is important.
- To constantly engage with franchisees attached to the zone to generate business.
- To involve in the overall zone in terms of recruitment, train the staff to manage them, to meet their targets and restructure the non performing branch/team member.
- Ensure the region is suitably manned and a culture of service is developed. Manage attrition at desirable levels.
- To ensure that all Regions/ Business Partners establish all statutory and business processes and comply with Company code of conduct.
- To help BMs to implement process to identify Business Partner/customer needs, assessing their risk appetite providing them investment options and ensuring highest level of service to the customer
- To monitor all complaints and ensure adherence to solution within 24 hours and appropriately escalate where ever required.
- Branch teams to work as a team and achieve group goals
