Zonal Head - Sales - Telecom (8-10 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Zonal Head to oversee our operations in West Bengal, Guwahati, and Odisha. As a Zonal Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our business in the region, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the region.
- Lead and motivate a team of managers and sales professionals to deliver outstanding performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and optimize strategies for revenue growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Zonal Head or Regional Manager.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the Telecom, Banking, Insurance, or Consumer Durable industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Graduation degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
