We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Business Head. This key leadership position will be responsible for spearheading our Branch Office initiative and playing a pivotal role in the expansion and growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Head Branch Network for NCR and South.
- Responsible for business development & Profitability across retail products. Along with team building and back up for each function.
- To work on AOP (Annual operating plan) & ensure to get it achieved.
- Planning and Implementation of Business Strategy.
- Responsible for Revenue & profitability of location.
- Responsible for client acquisition & BP acquisition for North location.
- Responsible for recruitment & retention of employee.
- Observe strict compliance of the organization to deliver quality business.
- Arrange training sessions for employees, clients & business partners
- Handling a team of 100+ people (NCR Branches) .
- Responsible for setting targets and revenue planning.
- Risk Management & Customer relationship management.
- Experienced Technical Analyst.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in business development and partner relationship management, especially in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Previous experience in franchise business models is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically, set clear objectives, and drive results.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Location : The position is based out of Delhi, Chennai, India, with travel required to various locations within India.
