Duties / Responsible for:
Driving strategies and Implementing as per market condition
Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Handling & Monitoring team of Area Manager, Sales Manager, Unit Managers
Supervising the Area Managers/Sales Managers/Unit managers, in terms of assigning tasks,evaluating their performance and taking in order to enhance growth.
- Ensured adherence to all rules and norms without any violation anywhere.
- Ensuring compliance & control, following the process and providing high customer service to dealers.
- Handle multiple branches.
- Looking for motor insurance experience.
