As the Retail Sales and Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the retail operations of our Client.


- Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of our stores, optimize sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in retail management, sales, and operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Retail Operations Management : Oversee the daily operations of all [Client Name] stores, ensuring consistency and high standards across all locations.

Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.

Customer Experience : Ensure a superior customer experience by training staff, maintaining store aesthetics, and implementing customer feedback mechanisms.

Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate the retail team to achieve operational excellence and sales targets. Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Inventory Management : Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, minimize shrinkage, and improve inventory turnover.

Budgeting and Financial Performance : Prepare and manage budgets for retail operations. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.

Market Analysis : Keep abreast of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use insights to inform sales and operational strategies.

Compliance and Standards : Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Maintain high standards of health and safety within the retail environment.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in retail sales and operations.
