Zonal Head/Regional Manager - Sales - IT Infrastructure Product & Services (15-20 yrs)
Position Summary :
Business head of the region with the key responsibilities of growing revenue, people management, OEM/principle management, customer relationship & spearhead companies objectives in the region as a leader.
Job Responsibilities :
- Consistently achieve assigned Bottom line targets for all verticals quarterly & annually with clear focus on margins.
- Ensure the cash flow is managed under the assigned target.
- Manage all strategic customer base with increased market share
- Lead from Front with inspirational leadership & passion
- Sales force management & development
- Manage relationships with all OEM's in the region
- Responsible for recruitment in collaboration with HR & mentoring
- Manage Key Accounts and grow our revenue from these accounts consistently
- Maintain Company's image & high standards with best of business practice Ethics & Norms.
- Thinking Big, Collaborative management, Analytical thinking & decision making.
- Number driven.
