- Graduate in marketing or management
- 2- 4 years of experience handling operations in your zone with deep knowledge and networks in different states of your zone
- Associated and has knowledge of colleges in your zone
- Lead team of 2-3 city managers to deliver results across all verticals
- Monitor, track and report on performances across cities, verticals and networks
- Develop, deploy plans to enhance relationships, bond with partners (colleges, events, hangout places) in your zone
- Partnering with colleges, events, hangout places for activation, community and events at their venues
- Supervising and executing work across community, operations, business development, events and data research across cities of your zone
- Knowledge of Indian youth industry - colleges and brands
- Understanding and connects with college students and partners to develop engaging strategies for the company
- Ability to assess risks and targets across different verticals and cities
- Identify and associate with different strategic partners to grow, expand verticals
- Competency to handle operations for 8-10 cities as the zonal head
- Ability to create and maintain long term associations with college management, college councils and vendors across different cities of the zone.
- Control and grow verticals across 8-10 cities in the zone allocated
- Opportunities to get insights and data of the largest, most valuable population audience in India
